Shehzad, Afridi steer Pakistan to 364-7 against New Zealand

SHARJAH: A brilliant century by Ahmed Shehzad and an explosive fifty by Shahid Afridi enabled Pakistan to post a huge total of 364 for seven in against New Zealand in the third One-day International here at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Sunday.

Winning the toss by stand-in captain Shahid Afridi, Pakistan batted first on an easy wicket and set a difficult target of 365 for their opponents who leveled the five-match series 1-1 on Friday at the same venue.
